No problem. Just post a few details in this thread. Give us your desired username, and your current email address. We'll let you know if the username isn't available. Please make sure the email supplied is a current one, as your password will be emailed to the account given.

User Name is an account that doesn't belong to anyone. Or rather it belongs to everyone. It's no secret what the password is, but it's not an account that you should use to play the game. If you want to play, please register your own account.
