If you haven't seen it already, try looging out and having a look where the marquee usually is. I have added a guest-friendly message box which avoids any unecessary information which may scare them away. I feel that it's more welcoming and less daunting for guests. Let me know your thoughts.

EDIT- I like the box. Its a good way to lure new members in then toture them with insanly hard riddles.

Yeah I agree, a little updating to that and the main marquee. But i think its great.
