Well we got a whole heap all of a sudden. So either the admin hasn't looked to see what's happening in a while, or something has happened recently to result in a bunch of letters.

Well, they came in a heap, which I thought was due to when the admin came on. But the heap seems a bit too large... o-o

Matchu has solved it.

The ham clue points towards bacon. The random letters are a bacon cipher. The actual letetrs mean nothing, just the case. If a capital letter is A and a lower case letter is B you get:

ABABAAABAAABABBABBABABBAA

Break it into 5 letter blocks and translate and you get LEMON.
