Yes, everything will be started a-fresh. The phases will be reconstructued, with many involving similar processes, but different solutions. Others, will be completely new.

You mean I have to start all over from phase 1!? I thought the consensus from the previous attempt at a new site was that things should be left the same unless the phase was broken or would become broken? Will we at least get to stay at our current phase even if they change?

(In another note: I Pmed both you and Felix asking for help on Phase 90 and I still haven't gotten a response.)
